While on our 2023 Trade Mission to Honduras, we seized the opportunity to collaborate, meet, and engage in discussions with remarkable organizations that played a crucial role in making our Mission Trip to Honduras an incredible and unforgettable experience. Throughout our journey, we were incredibly fortunate to establish deep and meaningful connections with like-minded individuals who shared our passion for the mission of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana.
We sincerely thank Dr. Carlos Buezo and the teams at Empresa Nacional Portuaria, San Pedro Sula, Convention, and Visitors Bureau, and for Canaturah SPS their inspiring support. We appreciate the collaboration of Fundacion Mothivo, Operación Amor, Cámara de Comercio e Industrias de Cortés, American Honduran Chamber, and Centro de Desarrollo Empresarial Valle de Sula. Our gratitude extends to Dr. Elizabeth Vinelli and the team at Teletón Honduras, as well as Consejo Hondureño De La Empresa Privada (Cohep) and Cámara de Comercio e Industria de Tegucigalpa. We acknowledge the dedication of Mary Flakes Flores, Ms. Jacqueline Flefil, and the Hospital María, Especialidades Pediátricas team. Lastly, we appreciate the support and guidance of Instituto Hondureño de Turismo and Unitec Honduras.
A special thank you goes to Universidad Tecnológica de Honduras for agreeing to future collaboration, a pivotal step in expanding educational opportunities and development initiatives for the Hispanic community in Honduras and Louisiana. We believe this partnership will benefit Hispanic youth, fostering growth, empowerment, and success.

Empresa Nacional Portuaria

A significant agreement was signed between the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana (HCCL) and the Universidad Tecnológica de Honduras (UTH). Represented by Our Executive President, Mayra Pineda, and President of the Universidad Tecnológica de Honduras, Roger D. Valladares
We traveled to Tegucigalpa and visited Teletón Honduras The International Fundación Teletón Organization (ORITEL) is a group of Latin American countries that seeks to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities, through the exchange of experiences of the different entities that comprise it, through financial and technical support for the development of their activities.

Instituto Hondureño de Turismo
Lunch hosted by Instituto Hondureño de Turismo! Established in 1953, The Honduras Institute of Tourism (IHT) is the Institution responsible for stimulating, guiding, and promoting the country's tourism development, with a view to improving the quality of life of Hondurans, and strengthening the national identity, executing the tourism policy defined by the Ministry of Tourism.
Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana
Later, we visited the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana- Since 1986 UNITEC has been leading professionals, with a global vision and social commitment, through an educational model based on competencies, values, entrepreneurship, academic and technological innovation, internationality, research, and links with society.
